PAYMENT SCHEDULE FOR KIRBY HALL SCHOOL
2008-2009
FOR NEW STUDENTS
A $50 application fee is paid by parents who apply to Kirby Hall. If an
assessment is required to determine their student’s placement, the parents pay
$35.
On Acceptance, after the required papers are received by the school, the
parents pay a $500 Enrollment Fee for each student to hold that student’s place
in the school. This $500 fee is part of the tuition.
Each new family pays a one-time fee of $1000 per family for a Facility Fee.
FOR CURRENT STUDENTS
For current students the Enrollment Day is March 1st. On or before that day
the Enrollment Fee is $500, which is applied to the tuition; if paid late, the
fee is $700, $500 of which is applied to the tuition.
FOR NEW AND CURRENT STUDENTS
If a family is returning or a new family has a child that has been accepted
before July 1, and if that family is paying full tuition, it must be paid by
July 1st.
If a family is paying by the month, the first payments are made July 5th or
20th and thereafter on the 5th or 20th for the next ten months. (These payments
can include Extended Day.)
By July 1st, Academic, Lunch, Extended Day and FACTS Management Tuition
Insurance Fees are due. Academic
Fees include supply fees, books, testing, science laboratory and computer
laboratory.
