I look forward to returning to the Kirby Hall community and sharing my love of literature with my students. I so enjoy helping young people develop, examine, and express their own ideas.I spent this summer in Vermont, escaping the Texas heat and finishing up my Master's Degree in English from Middlebury College. When I am not teaching or studying, I enjoy gardening, hiking, canoeing, sharing a good meal with friends, and-- most of all-- exploring the world with my daughter, Althea.
