General Admissions Process

Four Steps to Apply

Step 1:

Schedule your personal tour by submitting your information through our Inquiry Form. We will follow up with you to schedule a time. A personal tour will allow you to experience our school first-hand and get to know our program.

Step 2:

Fill out and submit your online application and the $100 application fee through our website payment portal.

Step 3:

Arrange for your child’s visit day and academic assessment. Please contact the Admissions Office to coordinate a time when your child can spend the day with us and get to know fellow students of their grade level.

Step 4:

Kirby Hall will notify families of the admissions decision. You can expect to hear from us within two weeks of the completed application process.
