FACTS Family Portal Sign Up Instructions

FACTS Family Portal is where parents can find billing information, manage payments, see grades, lesson plans, and our school directory. The login information you used to sign your enrollment packet will be the same for your Family Portal. (District Code: KHS-TX)

Uniform Information

All students are required to wear a uniform. You can either purchase uniforms at Land’s End or from our Resale Store on campus. Look through the options below to see which is best for you!

Drop-off and Pick-up Procedures

The earliest you can drop off your child is 7:30am. Once the 8:10am bell rings, a student is considered tardy if not in their class. We have Extended Day available after school that runs until 5:30pm. The curb in front of the school is meant for quick drop-off and pick-up. If you would like to walk up to the building or come inside, please park in the Vistor Parking Lot to the right of the building (when facing the front). The other parking lot on the left side is reserved for our Faculty and Staff.

Penguin Pit Stop

What is the Penguin Pit Stop?

The Penguin Pit Stop is an afterschool snack spot where students can get a snack by using money they bring or through their PitStop account (created by their parents). The Pit Stop is a parent-lead program that takes all of the proceeds and gives it to the wonderful Kirby Hall teachers at the end of the school year.

When is it Open?

Tuesdays*, Thursdays*, and Fridays (3:20pm – 3:50pm)
*Sports Practice kids go first in order to get to practice on time.

Dress Down Days

Another way the parents help raise money for the teachers is through Dress Down Days and Wacky Fridays. You will find forms to sign up for both Pit Stop and Dress Down Days attached. The forms will also let you know how to make payment and where to turn in the forms.
