Drop-off and Pick-up Procedures

The earliest you can drop off your child is 7:30am. Once the 8:10am bell rings, a student is considered tardy if not in their class. We have Extended Day available after school that runs until 5:30pm. Check out our Activities & Athletics page to see what after school clubs are happening this school year!

Penguin Pit Stop

What is the Penguin Pit Stop?

The Penguin Pit Stop is an afterschool snack spot where students can get a snack by using money they bring or through their PitStop account (created by their parents). The Pit Stop is a parent-lead program that takes all of the proceeds and gives it to the wonderful Kirby Hall teachers at the end of the school year.

When is it Open?

The Penguin Pit Stop is opening on Tuesday, August 29th, 2023! It will be open on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.

Dress Down Days

Another way the parents help raise money for the teachers is through Dress Down Days and Wacky Fridays. You will find forms to sign up for both Pit Stop and Dress Down Days attached. The forms will also let you know how to make payment and where to turn in the forms.

Plan A Visit

We would love to get to know you better and discuss the future of your child. Come visit Kirby Hall and see what makes our environment special for yourself!
